About us

AI Tool Hub is an independent, editorially-led directory of hand-tested AI tools. Founded in early 2025 by a small team of practitioners who were frustrated with the existing AI directories. Currently: 5 editors, 16+ tools in the directory, 200+ tested, 19 head-to-head comparisons, 21 long-form guides.

How to suggest a tool we should review

The fastest way to suggest a tool: email submissions@ai-tool-hub.example with:

  • The tool name and URL
  • Why you think it is worth covering (what makes it different from the 16 we already have?)
  • What category it fits in (writing, image, code, video, audio, productivity)
  • Your hands-on experience with it (optional but helps us prioritize)

We do not accept every submission. We only add tools that pass our 6.0 quality bar after 2 weeks of hands-on testing. Expect a response within 2-3 business days, even if the answer is "not right now."

How to report an error

Found a broken link, a wrong price, or a factual error in a review? Email corrections@ai-tool-hub.example with:

  • The URL of the page with the error
  • A description of what is wrong
  • The correct information (with a source link if possible)

We fix errors within 1 business day and update the "Last updated" date on the page. We credit the reporter on the page if they want (most do not).

About our editorial independence

We are not for sale. No tool can pay to be ranked higher, listed sooner, or given a better review. Affiliate links are clearly marked and never influence scores. Sponsored reviews are explicitly labeled as "Sponsored" and are separate from the editorial directory.

Do you respond to every email?

Yes, to every legitimate email. We do not respond to: SEO link-buying pitches, generic "guest post" offers, AI-generated cold outreach, and requests to remove negative reviews.

How fast do you respond?

2-3 business days for general inquiries. 1 business day for press and corrections. Same-day for security issues.

Can I send you a tool for free review?

Yes, if you are the tool vendor. We accept tool access for review purposes. We do not accept payment for reviews. We do not promise a positive review in exchange for access. If you would like us to review your tool, email submissions@ai-tool-hub.example.

Do you do affiliate deals?

Yes. We have affiliate relationships with a small number of tools (currently ElevenLabs, DigitalOcean, Hostinger). All affiliate links are clearly marked with rel="sponsored" and disclosed on the relevant page. We do not enter exclusive affiliate deals - we link to whichever tool is best for the user, regardless of affiliate status.

Do you do sponsored content?

Yes, but only for tools that have already passed our quality bar. Sponsored content is clearly labeled as "Sponsored" and is separate from the editorial directory. We do not produce sponsored content that looks like a regular review.

Can I write a guest post?

We do not currently accept guest posts. All our content is written by our editorial team. If you are a recognized expert in an AI tool category and want to contribute, email contact@ai-tool-hub.example with a writing sample and a topic proposal.
