Public record

Changelog

The full public record of every update to AI Tool Hub. New tools reviewed, new articles published, score changes, and any corrections. We update this page whenever we ship. Last entry: July 24, 2026.

Why we publish a changelog

Most AI directories do not publish changelogs. They do not tell you when a tool was last reviewed, when a score changed, or when a review was updated. We do. The reasons:

  1. Trust. The record is public. If we make a mistake, you can see when and how we fixed it.
  2. Transparency. Our scores are current as of the date on the review. The changelog shows when scores changed.
  3. Accountability. If we say we are independent, the changelog is the evidence. You can see what we added, what we changed, and what we removed.
  4. Help for the next reader. If you are evaluating us, the changelog tells you how active and transparent we are.

How to read the changelog

Each entry has a date, a version number, a title, a description, and a list of changes. The most recent entry is at the top. The version numbers are rough - we bump the major number for major changes (new sections, big redesigns) and the minor number for incremental improvements.

The changes list is structured to be scannable: new pages added, pages removed, content updated, technical changes. We try to be specific - not "various improvements" but "added 4 new tool reviews."

How to subscribe to changelog updates

3 ways to know when we update:

  1. RSS feed - /changelog.xml (full changelog in RSS format)
  2. Monthly email - the same email that goes out with our monthly picks. Sign up here.
  3. Follow us on social - we post major changes to @aitoolhub on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Why this is public

Most AI directories do not publish changelogs because it would expose how often they update (or do not update), how their scores change (or do not change), and how much new content they actually add. We publish it because we believe transparency is the foundation of trust, and trust is the only sustainable advantage for a small site in a crowded market.

If you ever see a tool in our directory that is not in this changelog for 6+ months, that is a sign we have not re-tested it. Email us and we will either re-test it or remove it. That is our commitment to you.

Get the directory in your inbox

We send a short, no-spam email every month with our top picks, hidden gems, and what is new in the AI tool world.

No spam. Unsubscribe anytime. We never share your email.
